The school office is open between 8.00 and 4.30 Monday to Friday where you will usually speak to Mrs Hardman our administrative officer or Miss Slater our School Business Manager.

If you wish to speak to the headteacher, an appointment can be arranged through Mrs Hardman at the school office. You may contact us by telephone, text, email or call in if it is more convenient. It is also possible to leave an answerphone message outside of office hours, which we will respond to either that day or the following day should the message be left in the evening.

At Dukesgate we recognise that we work in partnership with our families and community and always recommend that parents or carers come into school to talk with us if they have any concerns about their child rather than wait for the formal parents’ meetings which take place each term.
